On 1st of October 2021 we successfully started implementing our Process Optimization tool "Phoenix".
Highly complex multidisciplinary process as in Cardiac Surgery demand meticulous process planning. For optimisation of these Procedures we startet implementing our project "Phoenix" by collaborating with all involved disciplines.
